A Heartfelt Condolence

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

“Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we will return.”

With hearts believing in God’s decree and destiny, Dr. Al-Mu’taz Al-Barir, President of the University of Science and Technology, his deputies, the Secretary of Academic Affairs, the deans of the faculties, and all members of the university mourn the passing of Dr. Othman Idris Al-Hajj, Head of the Surgery Department at the Faculty of Medicine, may God have mercy on him. He dedicated many years of his life to serving the university and its students, and was a paragon of sincerity, good character, and generosity.

We ask God Almighty to envelop him in His vast mercy, to forgive him, to honor his resting place, to expand his grave, to make Paradise his abode, and to reward him abundantly for his good deeds and contributions.

We extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to his family, colleagues, students, and loved ones, praying that God grants them all patience and solace.

To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
