UST discusses master’s research online

College of Administrative Sciences at the University of Science and Technology carried out the first discussion online for master’s degree research. whereas student, Ishraqa Hammoud Qassem, discussed her research entitled The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Performance Applied to the University of Science and Technology in Yemen. Also, student, Ali Yahya Hazeb, also obtained a master’s degree with research titled, The Impact of Administrative Creativity on Administrative Performance Applied to the National University of Yemen.

The Research Councils Committee consists of supervisors, Dr. Al-Hadi Suleiman Ishaq and Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Rahman, two external examiners, Dr. Mudassir Abdel-Rahman and Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Abu Hajal, Dean of College of Administrative Sciences at Omdurman Islamic University, and an internal examiner Prof. Bakri Al-Tayeb Musa, Dean of the College, noting that online discussion represents a real addition to the process of scientific research at the university, as these discussions aim to address any research problem as well as opening horizons for education and its development.

Graduate Studies Coordinator, Dr. Yasser Hashem Muhammad Al-Najeeb, confirmed that the discussion took place in coordination with the Electronic Gate Department, which contributes to keeping pace with the latest technical developments that has become essential for teaching and learning. It is to be noted that University of Science and Technology had developed its technical system to facilitate distance learning in line with the prevailing system in major universities.
