The University of Science and Technology participated in the twelfth annual postgraduate conference of Al-Neelain University with a scientific paper entitled (The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Workers’ Performance) applied to (Jiyad) Company last Saturday and Sunday at the Ministry of Higher Education Hall. Dr. Ehlam Ibrahim Abdullah, in charge of Student Affairs Office at UST College of Administrative Sciences, said that satisfaction represents the positive feeling of employees towards their jobs, indicating that the level of satisfaction increases productivity and effectiveness of institutions and companies. She said that the employee always strives to provide his best while performing his duties, confirming that the university’s paper had won the attendees’ appreciation and admiration.
